A Conversation on Citizen's Income

A Citizen's Income is a payment granted to all citizens (including children) by the state and without means test or work requirement. It offers a remedy to the present economic instabilty and the increasing financial inequality. It recognises a wider definition of 'work' as distinct from 'a job'. Its purpose is to ensure an existence in dignity and enable participation in society. 

It is not a new idea, but its time may have arrived!
