Do you work with communities? Do you have an unloved site near those communities with landowner permissions? Would you be able to produce a 3 year maintenance plan beyond autumn 2016 for the site? Would £120,000 help you make it accessible to the wider community, highly visible and inspiring? Could you have the project ready for launch by April 2014?
