Transition Derry

Tackling Peak Oil, Climate Change and Economic Breakdown

To raise funds for Transition Derry I'm selling Russian Comfrey plants - used by organic growers as green fertilizer, they also have powerful medicinal properties. I have several hundred small plants I've grown from cuttings, & I'm selling them for £1 each, £5 for 10, and concessions on even larger quantities. All proceeds will go to Transition Derry. If you'd like some, please contact me on 07812454356 or waynefoord@hotmail.com.

Hi EmmaJane - I'm heading the opposite direction to Derry on Saturday & I'm taking comfrey with me for someone else. I still have very large quantities of the stuff - literally hundreds of plants - it feels sometimes like the day of the triffids. How many plants would you like ? At this stage, I think I'm not going to ask for a fixed price, but just a donation to Transition Derry. Not sure when the bread-making is but if you're around on sunday, you can call in & collect. Home no 074 9367345 or mobile 07812454356; email waynefoord@hotmail.com. Call me and we can arrange something.

Hi EmmaJane - I live near Moville - you're welcome to come & collect them, but I also come to Derry frequently, and can deliver if you live in Derry.
