Done deal!!!!
Anytime before 15th Nov and after Friday 27th Nov (away for work). ah yes!!! Italian style shroom risotto, salads and whatever. Xmas is approaching it's time to fatten up. We could do it in my place and if people have still enough strenghts we could gather up some wood - plenty of free fall along the drive - for the fire. AND we could try to have a bit of Italian conversation over dinner as well (passami il vino:-))!!

permaculture is a fab idea and we should follow it up - e.g. with Conor O'kane and etc.
At the foraging walk sarah suggested up-cycling clothes and socks darning. Another brilliant idea. I donno, I could give a taster in the Italian language and Italian/healthy eating cooking (forage like an Irish, cook like an Italian), and maybe some web stuff even if it is a bit boring. Whatever, I'll think whatelse speak later, m

Hello, I'm Jane and I'm new to the group. I could share home brewing wine from wild berries (or anything else!), making your own creams, lip balms, shampoos etc, I know a bit about aromatherapy and ayurveda. I know a bit about herbs. I can knit, crocet and use a sewing machine. I can bake cakes! Vegan ones with no sugar as well! Hmmm... I can herd cows too! Anyone up for any of those? I'd be really happy to get together :)

Hi Billy, thanks, I've caught the cat inda bag yesterday - i found a double ladder. Then hell broke loose. What I thought were five cows (with horns) were bullocks. They got out the field into the garden and I had to chase them out. They ended up mixing with heifers and my landlord was NOT a bit impressed. All well now, chat later!

Nearly coaxed him down tonite, could i ask for help if I still need it tomorrow? I am in Derry, not too far from Altnagelvin... thanks!
