Presents “The Gasworks A Family Story”

This project is a reminiscence project about the history of the City Gasworks (now the Gasyard Centre), the families associated with it and the surrounding community. This project will culminate in a permanent photographic record and booklet which will serve as a valuable resource. Telling the story of the Gasworks by the community for the community.

If you have any memories of the Gasworks or surrounding community, photographs or memorabilia come along and share it with others. I also encourage people to attend who have relocated to other areas of the city.

Venue: Gasyard Centre
Date: Wednesday 20th January 2010
Duration: Every Wednesday for 12 weeks
Time: 2pm until 4pm and Refreshments will be served.
