Last week Ireland finally published the long-awaited Climate Action Bill that many of you have been calling on since 2008.  Unfortunately this Bill is weak and without real, enforceable targets. The next few weeks are crucial to strengthening this Bill before it becomes law. We need a strong climate bill.
