Raising the Beds - How to Grow Food In Recycled Containers

This will be a practical hands-on workshop learning how to build a raised bed, from putting the planks together to siting, adding drainage, soil mixing and improvement and planting up. We'll look at materials, designs, planting and harvesting schedules and costs. Also the usages of other conventional and unconventional materials to apply to your patio or backyard food garden.

Growers will also be able to purchase recycled raised bed kits .
