Would you like to bake your own delicious
YEAST BREAD?
TRANSITION INISHOWEN is offering an
opportunity to learn the skills of traditional yeast
bread bakery. The course covers the six stages of proper
breadmaking:
• Mixing
• Fermenting
• Kneading
• Proving
• Shaping
• Baking
This is a hands-on session and everyone will leave with
their own granary-style loaves that are full of flavour!
Organic flours and other ingredients will be provided.
Bring your own bread tins, bowl and measuring jug.
WHEN: Saturday October 3rd
TIME: 10am – 2pm
